8.8. Data provided for the sending of the Newsletter: shall be retained for as long as the user does not revoke the consent given for this purpose.

9.9. Data provided on contact forms and Corporate website: shall be retained for the period necessary to process and respond to your request and, once this period has expired, for the period of limitation of any legal action arising from your request.

8.10. Data provided in the basket retrieval form: for the period of time necessary for the processing of your application sent to you.

8.11. Management of contact requests and requests for information made by users of the website, until the query is resolved. Once resolved, the query shall be anonymised in order to be kept by SEVEN HOTELS & RESORTS for historical-statistical purposes.

11. Data Security

11.1 We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your User Information. Please ensure that any Personal Information that you send to us is send securely.

However, we cannot guarantee there will not be a breach, and we are not responsible for any breach of security or for the actions of any third parties.

Online Data related to online behavioural advertising (“OBA”) is kept by Seven Hotels & Resorts for not more than 3years after which it will expire, subject to certain conditions. However, the 3 years period may commence again if the same user subsequently visits or interacts with an ad, email, the Services or a Channel.

14.2 The criteria for determining the duration for which we will keep your User Information are as follows: we will retain copies of your User Information in a form that permits identification only for as long as is necessary in connection with the purposes set out in this Policy,

unless applicable law requires a longer retention period. Unless there is a specific legal requirement for us to keep the information, we plan to retain it for no longer than is necessary to fulfil a legitimate business need.
